Even better than I expected. Not only advice about great teas, but also about good foods and supplements to take! Of course even just using the teas alone, I shed 20 of my 60 lbs of belly fat! Of course it would have been a micro bit better if it included parts "for men only", instead of just women only advice. But oh well, at least the large majority of the book was for both genders. Oh God no! Of course you can eat through out the day. I only recommend you to drink this first thing in the morning or you can drink it more than once before any meal of the day.
