Limit foods high in refined carbohydrates and refined sugar (white bread, white pasta, white rice), and replace them with high fibre ‘complex carbs’ – think: whole grains, brown rice, sweet potato, oats, beans and pulses. Fill your boots with as many vegetables as possible – they’re low calorie, high in micronutrients, and the fibre in them will keep you full.
My favorite detox water is a glass of purified water with either fresh lemon juice or lemon essential oil, apple cider vinegar, raw honey and a pinch of cayenne, tumeric and freshly pressed ginger. This is great to relieve constipation and also great to help with decreasing acid reflux as well as overall digestion if taken about 5-10 minutes before a meal. I also like to do a green pina detox smoothie in the morning. You can view the recipes for both drinks here: http://goo.gl/SsejBH
To get flatter abs in your 50s and beyond, Murphy suggests skipping the CrossFit or SoulCycle classes: Even though these activities burn a lot of calories, they're so intense that they can prompt your body to make more cortisol. Instead, he advises walking while holding hand weights and keeping your heart rate between 90 to 110. That type of more moderate exercise will help you torch belly fat without kicking up the cortisol.

Aloe vera is used both for wellness and beauty. The plant has an array of health benefits from improving constipation to strengthening immunity. One of the best things about the plant is it is helpful in detoxifying and cleansing the body due to its antioxidants and polysaccharides. The good news is that visceral fat yields fairly easily to exercise and diet, with benefits ranging from lower blood pressure to more favorable cholesterol levels. Subcutaneous fat located at the waist — the pinchable stuff — can be frustratingly difficult to budge, but in normal-weight people, it's generally not considered as much of a health threat as visceral fat is.
I ordered this product after many phenomenal reviews about it, and its miraculous properties to aid in your weight loss efforts. After having it used for several weeks in a row and following a healthy diet and exercise plan, I have not seen any changes in my weight, or any benefits from this tea. Unfortunately this does not mean that it would not work for you, as every human physiology is quite different. The one positive about this tea that I can give is that it has a quite pleasing taste.
This great detox water not only rids your body of toxins but helps to flush fat from your body as well. Cucumbers are diuretics can help you to avoid water retention. Lemons and limes help to flush out toxins from your digestive tract and grapefruits help you to burn fat. Just add ½ gallon of spring water, ½ of a medium grapefruit (sliced), ½ a cucumber (sliced), ½ each of a sliced lemon and lime and a couple of mint leaves. Allow the ingredients to sit in the fridge for a couple of hours before serving and drink at least ½ gallon per day for optimal results.
