The way this detox works in different for everyone because someone might have a lot of toxin build up in their body and some might have very little! I don’t want to scare you or anything but be patient with it because you might have some toxin build up and it will just take a little longer than normal to get rid of it. So just be consistent, drink up everyday and start with some light exercise to speed up the process. Go out for a walk, you can do some jump ropes or dance a little haha 🙂
I'm on day 3 of the cleanse. So far I haven't lost any weight or inches but my energy levels are great, and have been since day 1! I'm not dealing with too much hungry either. As far as the book itself goes, you may or may not find it helpful. There is a lot of information about tea and if you want help with your recipes then this book is great! However, if you just want to do the cleanse and don't really care about the info behind it then I would suggest skipping the book and just ordering the teas. I used theteaspot.com 😄
