I'm on day 3 of the cleanse. So far I haven't lost any weight or inches but my energy levels are great, and have been since day 1! I'm not dealing with too much hungry either. As far as the book itself goes, you may or may not find it helpful. There is a lot of information about tea and if you want help with your recipes then this book is great! However, if you just want to do the cleanse and don't really care about the info behind it then I would suggest skipping the book and just ordering the teas. I used theteaspot.com 😄
So the first step in getting rid of your belly fat is figuring out which of these four types you have. Once you’ve done that, you figure out how to get rid of it. However, before starting any diet and exercise regimen consult your doctor. Tell him or her what you plan to do (or ask for suggestions if you aren’t sure what to do) and ask if your plan is a safe one. Then get a complete physical so you have a baseline to track your progress.
There are two distinct types of fat in our bodies that differ by location and impact on overall health—subcutaneous fat and visceral fat. Subcutaneous fat is located under the skin and accounts for 90% of body fat. The remaining 10% is visceral fat, which is found deeper in the body, behind the abdominal muscles and around the intestines, liver, and other organs. Visceral fat is also known as intraabdominal fat because it collects in the abdominal cavity. It has long been known that body fat located in the abdominal cavity in the form of visceral fat poses serious risks to overall health.
Aloe is a sensational digestive aid, and its incorporation into DIY detox water is revolutionary for dieters everywhere. A household plant can be a perfect specimen for harvesting healing gel. The ooze can be gently extracted with a knife tip before being blended into lemon juice. This serenely sour liquid dilutes the aloes thickness for easy absorption into the blood stream. Once digested, aloe promotes relief from fatigue by boosting energy production from the inside. Please note that pregnant women are cautioned against consuming aloe ingredients, but everyone else can raise a toast to purification with this serenely refreshing selection.

1. Alcohol Belly: Nothing can be more soothing than a nice gold alcoholic beverage on a hot summer day. But when one beer turns into another and another, and this becomes a daily routine for you, you’re not doing any favors to your waistline. Psychology Today explains that at 7 calories per gram, alcohol contains nearly twice as much as that, as well as four carbohydrates per gram. The problem here is that the body stores carbohydrates and fat as glycogen (another form of sugar) in the liver and muscle. They add that the body cannot store alcohol, unfortunately, so when consumed, it must be burnt immediately.

Does the body type theory work in these cases? Well, knowing that you’re a pear or an apple is useful for identifying those exercises that can help you achieve a more proportionate appearance, but focusing more on the upper body or on the legs might not be effective in reducing the belly fat. So today we’ll talk about the Belly type theory, launched by chiropractor Eric Berg, author of a book called The 7 Principles of Fat Burning.
