I could be wrong in your case but it’s worth mentioning that in many cases…detoxing will cause you to have a headache in the beginning. I have read that it is more beneficial to chop the whole lemon into chunks, or rather thin slices, and put those into water (don’t squeeze the lemon slices /chunks, just drop them in the water), and drink that in the morning……adding whatever else you would like.
