I'm on day 3 of the cleanse. So far I haven't lost any weight or inches but my energy levels are great, and have been since day 1! I'm not dealing with too much hungry either. As far as the book itself goes, you may or may not find it helpful. There is a lot of information about tea and if you want help with your recipes then this book is great! However, if you just want to do the cleanse and don't really care about the info behind it then I would suggest skipping the book and just ordering the teas. I used theteaspot.com 😄

Hello! I love your blog. But I must interject here. Detoxing while breastfeeding is NOT recommended! All of the toxins get filtered into the breast milk and can cause some issues for the baby! So wait until you are done or you can build up a supply of breast milk that the baby can eat during the detox.
