I'm on day 3 of the cleanse. So far I haven't lost any weight or inches but my energy levels are great, and have been since day 1! I'm not dealing with too much hungry either. NO NO please don’t drink them one after another.. the lemon or any other citrus fruits does NOT go well with dairy products.. it can make you feel sick and it’s unhealthy.
